Structured Financing in Distressed Real Estate

We see the global structured finance market stabilizing after a washout of excess liquidity. We see opportunities in the purchase of distressed portfolios of overpriced debt instruments. Our prediction is that the major brokers with a global foot print will see a disruption in the short term before stabilizing and after a brief correct, begin on an upswing as new companies and assets come to market.
