We see opportunities in financial services. It is estimated that more than $900 billion of ARMs will reset within the next 12 months. Depending on interest rates borrowers will either refinance or send the keys to the bank, but in any event the borrowers will need housing. We see the rental home market increasing substantially over the next 12-18 months.
We see opportunities in the entertainment sector. Historically in recessionary conditions entertainment products usually hold up relative to the over all market.
Our business model at GOIH was constructed in October 2006 for what we foresaw as the coming conditions in the markets. Our business model was designed to perform in the current market conditions.
