Global 1 Develops First Financing Transaction in G1 Structured

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global 1 Investment Holdings Corporation (OTCBB:GOIH - News), http://www.global1inc.com/ discusses strategic initiatives, acquisition plans, funding and growth ideas.

G1 Structured Credit Corporation:
We have formally launched G1SCC and have developed the first transaction to be initialed by G1. The first transaction is a multi-tranche Collateralized Debt Offering (CDO) for $25,000,000 to fund an asset acquisition and financing structure. The offering will proceed under Reg. S as soon as we select underwriters.

Acquisitions:

We are currently conducting an internal acquisition analysis of a company trading on the NYSE with operations in the mortgage origination and financing business. Our plan is to make an offer for the company and enter into a business combination stock swap using Form S-4 along with an equity infusion from G1 Global Investment Notes.

If the acquisition is successful this will give us the foundation for the financial services platform which we have previously discussed.

The platform consists of:
1. An Investment Banking operation
2. Mortgage Financing operation
3. Private Equity Funding operation
4. Asset Securitization operation

New Company Registration and Share Exchange:

Our board of directors has approved the formation and registration of a new company to trade in the market without restrictions on the purchase of its shares. The offering prospectus is nearing completion for the exchange process which will value the shares of GOIH at the 52 week high price of 8.8 cents per share. Shareholders of GOIH will have the option to exchange their shares for new shares in the new company.
