GOIH---Global Investment Strategy

GOIH is positioning for the current market turbulence by acquiring assets at a below market price using its publicly trading status to raise capital in the global financial markets. We see foreign markets as easier to raise capital at attractive rates for investment.

Our capital markets group believes GOIH can raise $100,000,000 globally for investments in real estate, financial services and entertainment at attractive asset prices using risk adjusted rates of returns attractive to global investors.

The value of the Yen (¥) relative to the dollar allows for borrowing in Japan and converting the Yen to dollars for investments in dollar denominated assets. The exchange risk will be hedged by our counter party G1 Structured Credit Corp. using a structured note with a forward exchange rate implied in the rate of return.

Our capital markets group is seeking to joint venture with other global companies seeking attractive rates of returns on its invested capital.

We will activate www.Global1.tv on next week with the first of several investor information videos discussing our strategies.
