Media Profitability Strategy:


Global1.tv Media

We have activated global1.tv, http://player.clipsyndicate.com/view/225?wpid=1421 and posted the first video content.. We are developing a global media platform to take advantage of digital technology to market and brand our company and services. We have added Google’s adsense to our blog as a revenue source. Our media platform will contain blogs, podcasts, email, video and print media for income generation.

Media Revenue Source:

We have developed a strategy to monetize the media content placed on our blogs and we will syndicate our content to other blogs we create and from our partners’ blogs. According to media week there are more than 50,000,000 blogs in existence, and if we can have our content placed on just 1% of these we have created a business model with revenue potential in the millions.

The revenue stream will be used to acquire and develop other digital properties for inclusion into our business model and investment banking platform to increase our stock price.

We estimate that the revenue from our media platform has the potential to add 15 cent a share to our stock price over a 18-36 month period.
